Overview:

Placement requirements: the solar lamp should be installed in a place where there is no strong light at night because the strong light will start the photosensitive mechanism inside the product and automatically turn off the lighting function of the product or cause the light can not be turned on.
Normal phenomenon: in rainy days, the charging efficiency of the product will be lower than usual, and the lighting time may be shortened due to the low brightness at night, which is a normal phenomenon of solar lamps.
Cause of no light: if the product doesn't light up, it may be that the power inside the battery has been exhausted. You should turn off the switch and charge the product in direct sunlight for several hours before using it. If the lamp doesn't light up after charging, the battery may exceed its service life. Please replace the battery in time.

Returns Policy
